Advice for buyers

offlease.tech is a listing venue. Buyers contact sellers directly. WeldonPC never holds goods or buyer money and offers no escrow, shipping, inspection or warranty. You deal with the seller directly, so these steps are yours to take.

How do I contact a seller?

Use "Contact the seller" on the listing. We email you a link to confirm your address, then pass your message on. The seller replies to you from their own email.

Who are the sellers?

Organizations whose seller account uses a work email at their own domain, and whose domain was verified. That tells you the listing comes from someone who controls that domain. It does not tell you the condition of the equipment or whether the seller's statements are true.

How should I pay?

Agree payment with the seller and keep it in writing: an invoice from the organization, a purchase order, or a payment method with buyer protection. Do not pay with gift cards, cryptocurrency, or a wire to an account that does not match the organization. Be wary of prices far below what similar listings ask.

Should I inspect before paying?

Where you can, yes: pick up in person, check serial numbers against the listing, power the equipment on, and confirm device-management and activation locks are gone. For shipped lots, agree in writing what happens if items arrive different from the listing.

What about data left on devices?

Sellers state how storage was handled (removed, or sanitized per NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2). If you find data, do not use it: tell the seller, and report the listing.

Is there a warranty or a guarantee?

Not from offlease.tech. Any warranty, return or guarantee is between you and the seller.

Something is wrong with a listing.

Use "Report this listing" on its page. A person reviews every report.
