Prohibited items

These may not be listed on offlease.tech. Listings that include them are refused or removed, and the fee is not refunded when a live listing breaks these rules.

• Stolen, found or lost property.
• Equipment still under lease or not yours to sell.
• Locked or blacklisted devices.
• Storage media that has not been sanitized.
• Counterfeit, replica or grey-market fakes.
• Software licences, product keys and accounts.
• Cracked, pirated or hacking tools.
• Recalled or damaged lithium batteries.
• Medical devices that need a prescription or FDA clearance.
• Weapons, surveillance bugs and restricted items.
• Personal (non-business) sales.
• Anything the seller does not own or is not authorized to sell, or that is subject to an unreleased lien or security interest.
• Equipment whose sale or export would break the law, including export-control rules and sanctions.
• Hazardous waste, and anything that may not lawfully be shipped or handed over as described.
• "Price on request" or placeholder listings: every listing needs a real asking price.

Also not allowed in listings

• Email addresses, phone numbers or links in the text (buyers contact sellers through the relay form).
• Payment demands such as gift cards, wire-only or crypto-only terms.
• Photos that show people, personal data, screens with data, or labels that identify the organization's users.
