10% of the asking price × quantity
Minimum $5, maximum $500 per listing. Paid by the seller, once, after a person approves the listing and before it goes live. The listing then runs for 60 days. Buyers pay offlease.tech nothing.

Questions about the fee
When do I pay?
After a person approves your listing, and before it goes live. A listing that is not approved costs nothing.
Is the fee a commission on the sale?
No. offlease.tech never sees the sale. The fee is based on the asking price you publish, paid up front, and it does not change with the final price you agree with a buyer.
What happens after 60 days?
The listing ends. From 7 days before the end until 30 days after it you can renew it for another 60 days. A renewal is a new fee on the price and quantity at that time.
Can I change the price later?
You can lower the price or the quantity at any time for free. You cannot raise them on a listing that has been approved, because the fee was based on them; list the items again instead.
Do you refund the fee?
Not once a listing is live, including when the items sell early. If offlease.tech removes a listing for a reason that is not a breach of the terms, the fee is refunded in full.
How do I pay?
Through PayPal, as a one-time payment to WeldonPC. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
