A seller account belongs to an organization, identified by its email domain. Free email domains belong to the email provider, so they cannot show who the seller is.

Each person creates an account with their own work email. Accounts at the same domain share the organization and its domain verification; each person manages their own listings.

In your seller account, open Domain verification and use a DNS TXT record, a small file on your website, or a code sent to admin@, it@, postmaster@ or webmaster@ your domain.

A person reviews each listing; you get an email when it is approved or, if not, with the reason. Approved listings must be paid for within 30 days.

Yes: lower the price or quantity, and change the description, specifications and pickup or shipping. The item details are fixed after approval.

Open the listing in your account and choose "Mark as sold". It comes down at once.

Inquiries come from people who confirmed an email address, nothing more. Confirm payment has cleared before releasing equipment, be careful with overpayment-and-refund requests and with buyers who insist on unusual shipping or payment arrangements, and follow your organization's disposal policy.
